How We Do Things…

• We work directly with the seller throughout the entire process. Any documentation regarding the property required from the seller will be delivered to you in a timely manner to ensure your purchase. Our contract, our seller, always.
• We fight hard to work out Title Issues that occur in escrow. Thinking of taking the easy route out? Not us. As you know escrow can be tricky and even more so in the Tennessee & Georgia but we don’t take that at face value. We’ll do the digging and work to get it closed regardless of what comes up during a Title search, unless it’s just impossible.
• We’re straightforward and honest. We know everyones value of Real Property is different and we try our very best to provide the most accurate, unbiased information based on the facts. No overvaluing ARV or underestimating the amount of work, claiming a killer deal! We prefer the truth.
• We’re in it for the long haul. Everyone knows the difference between a fly by night wholesaler and someone who takes their business and company seriously. We take our reputation very seriously and burning bridges isn’t in our way of practice. Performing for our sellers is equally as important as building and nurturing a relationship with our buyers.
